“With a slightly smaller design, improved sound, and the powerful features of Apple’s H2 chip, the Apple AirPods 4 are a worthy upgrade,” said CNET audio expert David Carnoy during his review. He added, “But what really makes them special is the noise cancellation in the ANC boost model.” That verdict was given when the price was $179, so at $139 it’s a real bargain.

Why this deal matters
Apple deals are rare, even rarer now that Black Friday and Cyber Monday have passed. Combine that with the fact that the Apple AirPods 4 launched just a few months ago and that 22% discount looking better by the minute. It’s also worth noting that the upgraded ANC headphones are now just $10 more than the base version, which costs $129. So by spending just a little more, you get a lot more in return.
